Pravinka Mohan, a distinguished alumna of the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), has emerged as a prominent figure in the tourism and hospitality industry, currently serving as the CEO of Adventure Nepal Travel and Tours.

A trailblazer in tourism management and a dynamic leader, Pravinka Mohan has truly lived up to the Nepali proverb "Purano Bato Nai Sabai Ko Sato" (An old path guides everyone) through her remarkable achievements. She exemplifies how passion and dedication can pave the way to extraordinary success. Starting her career as a tour guide in 1997, Pravinka’s journey to becoming a top industry executive is a testament to her relentless pursuit of excellence.

Throughout her notable career, Pravinka Mohan has held various critical roles, ultimately rising to the position of CEO in 2015. Over her 27-year career, she has been instrumental in promoting Nepalese tourism globally, showcasing her expertise in countries such as the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, and Australia. Pravinka's leadership in organizing high-profile international tourism fairs and cultural exchange programs has earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Suprabal Gorkha Dakshin Bahu from the President of Nepal in 2018.

Lekhmani Tirthal, an esteemed alumnus of the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), has established himself as a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry, currently holding the prestigious position of General Manager at the luxurious Everest Hotel.

A paragon of hospitality management and an innovative leader, Lekhmani Tirthal has lived up to the Nepali proverb "Kushal Karyakarta Ko Naam Ambar Ma Gunjinchha" (The name of a skilled worker resounds in the sky) through his exceptional achievements. He is a beacon of inspiration for Nepali people, proving that with determination and vision, the sky is the limit. Beginning his career as an entry-level staff member at the Yak and Yeti Hotel in 1987, Lekhmani’s rise to the top has been marked by hard work and relentless dedication.

Throughout his illustrious career, Lekhmani Tirthal has served in various pivotal roles, eventually being appointed as the General Manager in 2015. Over his 35-year career, he has played a significant role in promoting Nepali hospitality on the global stage, showcasing his expertise in countries such as the United States, Switzerland, Japan, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates. Lekhmani's leadership in organizing prestigious international hospitality events and conferences has earned him numerous accolades, including the coveted Suprabal Gorkha Dakshin Bahu from the President of Nepal in 2017.
