Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and executing marketing strategies to promote Nepal's tourism offerings, working closely with industry partners, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance the country's visibility on the global stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring exceptional guest services and satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise the front office team, including receptionists, concierge staff, and night auditors.
- Manage room reservations, room assignments, and availability using property management systems (PMS).
- Prepare and manage the front office budget, including revenue forecasting, expense monitoring, and cost control measures.
- Foster positive relationships with guests and resolve issues to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office operations, occupancy rates, and revenue performance.
