Our Commitment

How We Handle Your Complaint

A complaint is a formal record, not an informal remark. These are the standards the grievance cell holds itself to from the moment a complaint is received.

  • 1Every complaint is recorded with a reference number and followed through to a conclusion by the grievance cell.
  • 2Your identity is shared only with the officers required to investigate the matter.
  • 3No complainant faces retaliation for raising a concern in good faith.
  • 4You are informed in writing of the outcome and the reasoning behind it.
  • 5If you are not satisfied, the matter can be escalated to the campus chief.

The Process

How to File a Complaint

4

Outcome

You receive a written decision with the action taken and details of how to escalate if needed.

Submit Online

File a Complaint

Describe the issue below. Your name, email and phone number are optional — you may submit the complaint without identifying yourself.

Your Complaint

These details are required so the matter can be investigated.

0 characters — at least 20 required.

Your Details — optional

You do not have to identify yourself. Leaving these blank still records the complaint, but we will have no way to ask follow-up questions or tell you the outcome.

Your details are shared only with the officers required to investigate. No complainant faces retaliation for raising a concern in good faith.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Students, applicants, staff, parents and members of the public may all raise a concern about the academy's programs, services or conduct.

You may submit a complaint without giving your name, but anonymous complaints are harder to investigate and we cannot report the outcome back to you. Providing your contact details is strongly encouraged.

The grievance cell aims to acknowledge every complaint within seven working days and to conclude the matter within thirty working days. Complex cases that need a formal enquiry may take longer, and you will be told if that applies.

Yes. Details are shared only with the officers required to investigate and decide the matter, and are not disclosed more widely.

You may request a review by the campus chief within fifteen days of receiving the decision, setting out why you believe the matter was not properly resolved.

Anonymous allegations without any supporting detail, matters already before a court, and requests for re-evaluation of marks (which follow the separate examination re-totalling process) are not handled here.
