Quality Workforce For Quality Service


There are seven training kitchens including two training bakeries. The individual Training Kitchens can comfortably accommodate 20 students/trainees at a time. The bulk kitchen accommodates 20 students at a time while each training bakeries can provide enough space for 20 students/trainees. While in full fledge operation, approximately 700 meals are prepared daily in NATHM training Kitchens.
